Payment, delivery and returns

All 3D BETON products are made to order. There is no online payment: after your request, a manager agrees the order, price and delivery with you.

Payment

50% prepayment, the remaining 50% before shipment. For non-standard products made to custom drawings, the prepayment is 70%.

Production

Made to order, about 1 month on average.

Delivery

Across Ukraine by 10–20 t truck or as part load. Delivery is priced separately for your order.

Unloading

A crane truck or forklift is needed. Each item is packed on a pallet with spacers, stretch film and instructions.

Installation

Carried out by our partner crews. If your own contractor installs, we advise them and provide instructions.

Warranty

20 years on 3D BETON products.

Returns

Products are made to order, so returns are not accepted except for defects. If you find a defect, send photos via Viber or e-mail and we will review the claim under the warranty.
