FORTBLOCK are large-format, factory-made 3D printed concrete blocks for energy-efficient residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Each block combines a load-bearing concrete shell, composite reinforcement and insulation inside.

What the wall is made of

Concrete shell

The block's load-bearing shell of M250 concrete, density 2270 kg/m³. Frost resistance F150–F200, water resistance W6, water absorption up to 3%.

Composite reinforcement

Reinforced with composite rebar, which does not rust.

Insulation inside

Expanded polystyrene or foam concrete. The foam concrete is poured on site, and the blocks form a monolithic wall.

Thermal conductivity 0.10–0.18 W/(m·K), wall thermal resistance up to 5.05 m²·°C/W.

How the wall goes together
Blocks are laid with polymer-cement adhesive for outdoor use. Inside the wall are monolithic reinforced concrete columns within 3D printed false columns, composite ties between the shells, polystyrene-concrete insulation, and extruded polystyrene in the ring beam.

The price is per block. The number of corner blocks depends on the design: a manager counts them together with the standard blocks.
